A check in report is prepared at the beginning of each new tenancy. We'll provide an Inventory Report with all conditions noted alongside meter readings Our Team produce photographic evidence for all inventories before handing the report to you and the tenant for signatures.
Mid-Term Inspection
Mid-term Inspection
A mid-term inspection is made part way through a tenancy and looks at the condition of the property and its contents. Everything is noted on the inventory report This report can be used to identify any repair, maintenance or decoration needs from the landlord/tenant. Full photographs will accompany this inspection.
Check Out Inventory
Check Out Inventory
A check out report is compiled at the end of the tenancy, once the tenant has moved out and prior to anyone else entering the property. We compile an enhanced report that shows the condition and contents of the property against the original inventory, whilst allowing for fair wear and tear. Meter readings will be gathered and full photos taken.
Gas Safety Inspection
Gas Safety Inspection
We have got a team of gas engineers who are trained and fully qualified to complete gas safety inspections, whether this is pre-check in, during tenancy or post-check out.
EPCs
EPCs
Our team can complete full EPCs for all properties. They'll provide you with the full report and grading at the end of the inspection.

PAT Testing tests electrical items, whether this be for your office or for your properties. Our team will certify all appliances, label them and provide a full report.
